Volvo Mobile Service has been designed to give you a simple and convenient experience servicing a fully electric Volvo car. We understand your time is valuable, so we created this unique service.
Life can be busy. With the help of Mobile
Service, you can agree where and when a service technician will carry out
selected service services on your car, so you can save time and focus on things
important to you.
Mobile Service appointments can be carried out in any suitable
location, for example a garage, on a driveway or car park with sufficient space
around the car.
For the safety of our technicians and to protect the chosen location, operations that require the car to be lifted or the change of fluids must be done in our workshops.
Examples of Mobile Service appointments:
•Volvo Manufacturer Service on fully electric cars Volvo and Polestar models.
•Replace key
•Replace windshield wipers
•Change the mirror/mirror cover and install trim strips
•Fitting of suitable accessories
There is no cost for this service, however any parking fee is additional and will be invoiced after. Beyond the price for the Mobile Service, the cost of labour and parts is the same as at the workshop.

Q: What is an appropriate location for Mobile Service?
A: The car must be parked on flat ground with access around the car. The service technician must be able to park their service car in a suitable place within 10 metres of the car. The service technician makes contact and clarifies the possibilities for mobile service.
Q: Can my car receive Mobile Service appointments?
A: Volvo Maintenance Service is available for fully electric XC40, EX40, C40, EX40, EX30 and Polestar models. All Volvo and Polestar cars can receive small-scale repairs and operations that do not require the car to be lifted or the change of fluids.

Q: In which cases must I use a workshop?
A: Operations that require the change of fluids and work requiring the car to be lifted must be carried out at a workshop.
Q: How is mobile service carried out?
A: The service technician will contact you the day before the agreed time to confirm the time and place. At the agreed time, the service technician waits for up to 15 minutes at the agreed meeting place before the technician drives on. The service technician's attendance is invoiced if the customer does not attend as agreed.
