Windscreen and Tyre Repair
As soon as you arrive at the service centre our technicians will assess the damage. If possible they will repair while you wait. In the occurrence we are unable to do this our team will find the easiest way on getting you mobile with the minimum of fuss.
Windscreen repairs depend on the size and location of the damage, and our technicians will work to the guidelines determined by the Volvo Safety Standards.
If the chip falls outside of the necessary requirements, you may need a windscreen replacement. In this scenario we can offer this service* directly, we will fit a genuine Volvo windscreen by our fully trained technicians.
We aim to repair all punctures that are brought to our service centre. However, we may not be able to offer our complimentary service if there is:

* Windscreen replacement is chargeable. We can help with replacing the windscreen through your car insurance provider, this is dependent on their procedures and out of our control.
Whenever possible, we will endeavour to carry out the repair as soon as practical after the initial assessment has been made.
We aim to do this whilst you wait. If this is not possible, we will inform you and provide an alternative solution to keep you mobile.
