Francesca Holmes was nominated for the national Volvo Champions Award by York Group Service Manager, David Kellett, for her tireless energy and work ethic - not only administering all new and used retail sales but also working additional hours before and after work and at the weekends collecting cars from shielding customers all over North Yorkshire and beyond for essential aftersales work.
Francesca, our York Sales Administrator, has helped tremendously to minimise customer inconvenience during the latest lockdown and has helped her aftersales colleagues enormously.
Francesca was delighted to win the national Volvo Champions of the month award. Congratulations and thank you for all your hard work!
