It is almost two years since we refurbished the Malton site and in order to continually improve the service we offer to our valued customers we now provide a simpler, more convenient and more enjoyable way to service your car – Volvo Personal Service.

Over the last 12 months our Service team has undergone significant change and training in order to become a Volvo Personal Service dealership and this has now been recognised with a presentation to Dan Watson, Service Manager and his team, by James Shires, Head of Aftersales, Volvo Car UK.

Andrew Frederick, Volvo, was instrumental in helping Dan and his team change to the new system.

The team enjoyed a lovely lunch, supplied by local independent YoBakehouse, to celebrate.

With your own Personal Service Technician to look after you throughout, you can now book your exact check-in time with us and we’ll aim to complete your service within the hour. Our PST's will also guide you through the work that has been done to you vehicle.

We provide alternative transport if you need it, but there’s fresh coffee and free WiFi in our luxurious new Scandinavian-style lounge, so you might find you’d rather wait.
