Ray Chapman Motors Bradford Volvo has become the brand’s fastest UK site to be certified with the ‘Volvo Personal Service’ accreditation following a 9 month period

The team at Ray Chapman Motors Volvo Bradford, headed by Craig Walton, Service Manager are delighted to have passed the Volvo Personal Service Accreditation with flying colours. Ray Chapman Motors Bradford relocated to a brand-new, purpose built showroom on Canal Road in October 2023 and over the last 9 months the team have worked tirelessly to become a Volvo Personal Service dealership. This hard work has now been recognised with an award presented to Craig Walton, by Peter Schofield, Network & Business Development UK and Renee Blomkvist from Volvo in Sweden.

Volvo Personal Service is enabled by the ground breaking Volvo Workshop System and plays an important role for increased customer satisfaction and long-term competitiveness for the Volvo brand. VPS sees a team of two Personal Service Technicians working on cars rather than individually in order to save time and to reduce waiting times and offer greater convenience for customers. PSTs become a single point of contact for the customer in an effort to build stronger relationships and trust.

With a dedicated Personal Service Technician to look after you throughout, customers can now book an exact check-in time with us and a Personal Service Technician will guide the customer through the work that has been done to the Volvo.

As part of the service alternative transport can be arranged if required, however there is a quiet place to work, fresh coffee and free Wi-Fi in our luxurious new Scandinavian-style lounge, so you might find you’d rather wait.
