CUSTOMER NOTICE – COVID-19/CORONAVIRUS
Over the last 50 years, Ray Chapman Motors’ priority has always been to care about our staff and our clients as our own family. Today with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) now declared a global pandemic, this core value guides all of us at Ray Chapman Motors into responding to the new coronavirus by taking all the necessary precautionary measures in order to protect our employees, clients and their families.
It is clearly a unique and severe challenge that evokes, naturally, uncertainties and anxieties.
First and foremost, we care about everyone's safety and are closely monitoring the situation and guidance from the Government and https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19 as well as Volvo UK, to ensure we are giving you the most up-to-date information possible in line with the Government scientific facts and recommendations.We have applied all required protocols including deep cleaning workspaces, wearing gloves when working on vehicles, providing hand sanitizers, increased hygiene practices and self-isolation of our employees as required.
At the moment it is business as usual and we are prepared to do everything we can to ensure your dealings with us remain uninterrupted. We are, as usual, committed to providing you with the best possible service we can. We do however ask you also to respect the Government scientific guidelines and not enter our premises if you have a new, persistent cough and/or a high temperature. Please also try to minimise the time you wait in the dealership for your vehicle whilst it is in the workshop. We are very happy to collect your vehicle from home or work or run you into town, back home as you wish.
We recognise that these are uncertain times and on behalf of the entire Chapman family, I want you to know your safety and wellbeing is our highest priority at all times.
I want to thank you for your continued support and loyalty and be assured that we will continue to monitor closely the evolving nature of this situation and do everything possible to support our employees, clients and families throughout this period.
