So here we are again!
From 5th November until further notice our showrooms and used car display areas will not be open however our sales teams will be in the dealerships to continue efficiently with car enquiries and sales.
We will be able to send you videos, talk to you via video and meet your needs - almost as well as if you were in the showroom.
We have seen a significant increase since the first lockdown of people purchasing cars online. E-commerce has certainly been accelerated by the previous lockdown. With this in mind we are holding a Used Car Event from Monday 2nd November through to Monday 9th November. Customers can benefit from 0% APR interest on used cars along with many other savings and should you wish to take advantage of these great offers simply pay us a visit before Thursday or contact us to arrange a telephone discussion/teams or zoom meeting. Buying a new or used car does not have to be complicated!
Customers who have already purchased a vehicle, either online or direct from the dealership, can arrange a home delivery or can collect from our premises.
Over previous months we have introduced many COVID-SAFE procedures including enhanced sanitisation protocols, one-way systems, 2 metre social distancing etc... and we consider our premises to be safe. This has been reiterated by the feedback we have had from our customers.
Our aftersales departments remain fully operational for Servicing/MOT & general repairs. We have many bookings already in the system and encourage customers not to cancel - we saw a huge demand after the previous lockdown and this demand was difficult to meet.
We are able to arrange home collection and delivery for those people who feel particularly concerned about coming in to the dealerships but demands for this service will be high so please contact our service department for more information.
The message is very clear - our service & parts departments will continue to be open - we will operate in a COVID-SAFE manner and be here to cater for all your motoring requirements whilst keeping our customers and workforce as safe as possible.
