CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER FLEET SALES
We are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader for our busy Fleet Department based in Malton.
Ideally the successful candidate will have sound knowledge of the Automotive industry and be a proven leader. Working knowledge of Pinnacle or similar is desirable.
Customer centric you will be able to deliver outstanding customer service whilst having the ability to lead your Team by example. An adaptable hands-on Leader willing and able to assist in peak times with all aspects of the customer service role, whilst also taking responsibility for monthly one to ones, training and guidance.
Working closely with the Sales Team and Fleet Manager you will ensure all aspects of the customer journey meet and exceed customer expectations, delivering outstanding customer service in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
You will be adaptable and analytical in your approach with the ability to assist with Management reporting. You will be able to manage pressure in a busy, fast moving Fleet environment, have excellent time management skills and be a Team Player. You will have the ability to ensure deadlines are met by ensuring the process is strictly adhered to.
You will live within commutable distance to Malton as this is a full time, Monday-Friday, office-based role.
