In response to the latest lockdown measures in England on January 4th, I want to assure our customers that, although our showrooms are closed, our workshops/service departments are still open for servicing, MOT’s and repairs. Our sales teams are still at work to handle all online/web sales enquiries and to facilitate click & collect handovers. If you’re considering a change of vehicle simply get in touch and we will assist.
Our workshops are still available to take bookings for servicing, MOT’s and repairs, either by phone or online. If you currently have a booking with either of our dealerships, one of our aftersales team will be in touch to make sure you are happy to proceed and to talk you through our COVID-SAFE procedures which have been in place since last March.
If you wish to talk to one of our aftersales team about any concerns you may have or to make a booking, please call 01653 693 751 for our Malton dealership and 01904 789 789 for our York dealership. Alternatively, you can click on these links to make a booking at either York or Malton.
As with previous lockdowns, we are still able to handle sales enquiries online or over the phone. This time, however, we have added the option to fully finance your purchase online. Don’t worry though, we are available to send you videos, talk to you via video and meet your needs - almost as well as if you were in the showroom.
Customers who have already purchased a vehicle, either online or direct from the dealership, can arrange home delivery or can collect from our premises. One of our sales staff will be in touch to arrange this with you but feel free to get in touch if you have any worries. We are still on hand to handle all your enquiries and concerns
The message is very clear - our service & parts departments will continue to be open - we will operate in a COVID-SAFE manner and be here to cater for all your motoring requirements whilst keeping our customers and workforce as safe as possible.
