We are looking for a professional Telephonist/Dealership Host at our YORK branch who can answer the telephones, meet and greet, look after our customers and do some basic admin. As the first point of contact for our clients you will have immaculate presentation, an outgoing, professional personality, great telephone manner and be able to use a computer. You will have a minimum Grade C in English and Maths at GCSE Level. Working Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm, experience in Microsoft Office - Word/Excel - is essential and touch typing is ideal. You will have a full UK driving licence as you will be required to drive alone to external training courses at Volvo UK in Maidenhead and Daventry. Proven experience in hospitality/reception work will be an advantage. Previous applicants need not apply.
